Refund and Returns Policy

We only accept returns for the following reasons:

  • The product is damaged or defective
  • There is a printing issue
  • You received the wrong item

If your item arrives with any of these issues, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with:

  • A clear photo of the product and issue
  • Your order number

If eligible, we’ll offer a free replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Change of mind
  • Color differences due to monitor settings
  • Shipping delays (unless excessive or lost)

Please refer to our Size Guide carefully before placing your order.

Order Issues / Defects

If your product has a printing error, manufacturing defect, or arrives damaged in transit, we’ll gladly remake or refund your order at no cost. Please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return request is approved, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method. This may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days (domestic) or 45 days (international), and tracking information is unavailable or shows no movement, please contact us. We’ll investigate and either reship or refund your order if it’s deemed lost.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for sizing or color preferences. All items are made to order, and we encourage checking the sizing chart carefully before purchasing.
