Thank you for shopping with us at Tenzamerch, the official merch store under tenzaround.com. We create made-to-order apparel fulfilled by our trusted production partner, Printful.
We want you to know exactly what to expect when it comes to shipping, from production time to delivery. Here’s how it works:
Order Processing & Fulfillment
Every item in our store is made to order. Once you place an order, it goes into production.
- Production time: 2–7 business days
- You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order is fulfilled.
Note: During peak seasons or holidays, production may take slightly longer.
Shipping Times
After production, your order is shipped from the nearest Printful facility based on your location.

Please note: These are estimated times. Actual delivery may vary based on shipping carrier, customs, or local delays.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to most countries worldwide. However, there are some locations we cannot ship to due to shipping restrictions. If your country is unavailable at checkout, we’re unable to fulfill orders there at this time.
Shipping Rates
We offer free standard shipping on all products, worldwide, no surprises at checkout. The price you see is the price you pay.
Shipping costs are already included in the product price, so there are no additional fees unless you choose an express shipping option
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package via the link provided or on our [Track My Order] page (if available).
Delays & Lost Packages
While we do our best to ensure fast and reliable delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or events beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather, pandemics, etc.).

Incomplete or Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. If an address is incorrect or incomplete and the item is returned, we may need to charge additional shipping fees to resend it.
Multiple Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages. This is normal with made-to-order products fulfilled from different facilities.
Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes. These are set by your country’s customs office and are the responsibility of the customer. We have no control over these charges.
